Notes to the rental rates

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with ourselves.

Rates quoted are based on 4 persons sharing. Add an extra 50 euro for each additional person per week. Reductions maybe possible for stays of 2 weeks or longer.

Deposit of 350 euro per week payable upon reservation with balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Cleaning charge of 100 euro per stay to be made on arrival to our representative in Sant Feliu.

Availability: Saturday to Saturday - Although mid week breaks may sometimes be possible
